VARE Mable

MABLE VARE, of Cardston, Alberta, left this world to join her husband Jim in Heaven on Friday, October 26, 2012, peacefully at home.
Mable was active in her community of Boundary Creek. She loved everything about ranching and being in the country. She was always available and looked forward to her visits with all of her family, with a pot of coffee on and cookies. She especially loved visits from her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
She will be forever missed by her large family. Ken (Laurette) Vare and their children; Colin Vare, Ricky Vare, Kelly (Trish) Vare, Dusty (Delma) Vare, Angela, Mason and KJ; Jean (Tim) Wickenhieser and their children; Terra (Mike) Amen, Kirk (Lauren) Wickenhieser, Kim Wickenhieser; Hazel (Charlie) Woolford and their children; Tonya Woolford; Jamie (Angela) Woolford; Chris Woolford; Carolyn (Mark) Chmielewski and their children; Brittany (Logan) Welsh, Courtney Chmielewski, CJ Chmielewski , Sara Kadoyama and Heidi, Josh and Jesse Toews; Dale (Sharon) Vare; Marianne Vare (deceased) and their children Amanda and Amy Slywka. Her adopted daughter Sandy Hall. She will also be missed by her numerous great grandchildren.
Born the 2nd of 11 children, she will also be missed by her surviving siblings and their families.
She was predeceased by her husband Jim Vare, her parents Bill and Estella Kiemele and four of her siblings.
Friends may meet the family at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston on Tuesday, October 30th, 2012 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston on Wednesday, October 31st at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Stephen’s Harrisville Cemetery. Lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion, Cardston.

I would like to send our condolences to Mabel’s family. I have not known or spoken with Mabel for years and years. I do remember her as being quite quiet and knew that the coffee pot was always on and would be welcome in her home anytime. I know it is very hard to lose a parent. May all your sorrow end soon and smiles and warm memories come to each of you as you remember all the good times.
I miss you so much granny. I remember our long visits. The last time I got to see and chat with you. You did not recognize me. You were absolutely thrilled that I came to see you. You did not want me to leave.
Life is not the same without you, and nevee will.
