MR. HENRY DYKSLAG of Coalhurst, beloved husband of Mrs. Audrey Dykslag, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the age of 75 years.
Besides his beloved wife Audrey, Henry is survived by his children Michele Zeller, Audrey Dykslag, and Richard Dykslag; five grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his son David Dykslag, parents John and Marchien Dykslag, one brother, and one sister.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, November 2, 2012 at TRINITY REFORMED CHURCH, 1100 – 40 Ave North, Lethbridge, with Reverend H. Van der Woerd officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s Health Care Foundation, Palliative Care, 1400 – 9 Ave South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4V5.
