Mrs. Margery Marge Thomas, beloved wife of Mr. Robert Bob Thomas of Medicine Hat, passed away on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2013 at the age of 67 years. Marge also leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Tammy (David) Jones and their children, Alexander and Connor and Tracey (Clinton) Pfeifer and their children, Madison and Rylie; two brothers; one sister; Bobs sibling; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Marge was predeceased by her parents, Solomon and Ruth Riehl; one daughter, Nadine Cory; as well as ten of Bobs siblings. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Sunday 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and at CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS, 7 Sierra Boulevard SW, on Monday from 1:00 until 1:55 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS, on Monday, July 8th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Josh Shockey officiating. Interment will follow in the Family Plot at Redcliff Cemetery. Memorial gifts in Marges memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, c/o Medicine Hat Regional Hospital, 666 – 5th Street SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 4H6. Dear Bob,Tammy,Tracy and families.
I am in shock to see Marge’s obituary. There are no words to express the feelings that one goes through in such a sad time. I can only say that one can be thankful that we have God to lean on when the mountain seems to hard to climb. May God comfort you durings this time and the memories will last forever. I just heard of Marge passing. I am so sorry for the family’s loss I worked with Marge at Sears and she was a sweetheart.
