Posted: July 12th, 2013Mrs. Alma Anna Hepperle, beloved wife of Mr. Fred Hepperle of Medicine Hat, passed away on Wednesday, July 10th, 2013 at the age of 90 years. Alma also leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Hilda (Jim) Larson and Margaret Fisher, both of Medicine Hat; four grandchildren, James (Michelle) Larson, Nicole (Cory) Earle, Matthew Fisher and Krista-Lynn (Donnie) Dyckson; four great-grandchildren, Alexis and Isabella Larson, and Madelyn and Dalton Earle; one sister, Adoline Schmidtke; two sisters-in-law, Melitta Schoenberger and Katarina Ruhl; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Alma was predeceased by her parents, August and Olga Bredefeldt; one sister, Wanda Nassut; and four brothers-in-law, Alfred Nassut, Alex Schmidtke, Eugene Schoenberger, and Josef Ruhl. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Saturday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and at ST. PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 515 Sprague Way SE, on Monday from 12:30 to 1:25 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in ST. PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH on Monday, July 15th, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Ken Edel officiating. Interment will follow in the Family Plot at Hillside Cemetery. Memorial gifts in Almas memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Medicine Hat Regional Hospital, 666 – 5th Street SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 4H6, or to Canadian Lutheran World Relief, 600 – 177 Lombard Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 0W5.
