PEDERSEN Dorothy

It is with great sadness we bid farewell to our friend, Dorothy Irene Pedersen. Dorothy passed away after a brief illness at the age of 47 years.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Konshak and was predeceased by her Grandmother Irene, Dorothy will be sadly missed by her friend, Murielle Guitard, her roommate, Megan Fletcher, her adopted Grandma Lydia Prokop and her special friends at the Bluefox Association. While Dorothy had to deal with many challenges in her life she was a pleasure to live with and was a constant friend. She had a great sense of humour and loved a variety of music; plus she had a passion for scary movies. Her smile would light up a room and her belly laughs were infectious. Although she was unable to speak she could definitely communicate her moods. A Celebration of Dorothy’s Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta, on Wednesday, November 13th, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. with Mark Heninger officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Bluefox Association 232-22 Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1H 3R7.
