Melvin Wendal Jones passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at the Pincher Creek Health Centre.
Mel is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Shirley Jones (nee: Heggen) as well as his cherished daughters, Terry (Gerald) of Success, SK, Shelly of Calgary and Jeanne (Randy) of Sundre; seven precious grandkids, Jason, TJ, Tatum, Miki, Tikal, Tyrel and Logan; and numerous extended family members and friends.
No funeral services will be held. Donations in memory of the late Melvin Jones may be directed to S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance, Box 570, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8M7. Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
