PAULINE HELFRICH

1927 ~ 2014
Mrs. Pauline Helfrich, beloved wife of the late Mr. Jacob ‘Jake’ Helfrich, passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, October 27, 2014, at the age of 87 years.  Pauline leaves to cherish her memory:  two sons, Leonard of Medicine Hat, Michael (Judy) of Calgary as well as one granddaughter, Tabitha, who was a source of great joy and inspiration to her.  Pauline’s memory will also be cherished by one sister, Tillie Robinson of Edmonton.  She was predeceased by her parents, Adam and Barbara Bauer as well as eight sisters and three brothers.  Pauline was a hard worker and a good homemaker.  She enjoyed time spent with family, especially the regular Sunday picnics in Kin Coulee playing cards with relatives and friends.  Pauline’s memory will be cherished without the proceedings of a formal service.  (Condolences may be expressed by visiting www.cooksouthland.com)  If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Pauline’s memory may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 1529 Cedar Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H3G 1A6.  Honoured to serve the family is COOK SOUTHLAND Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 4V4.  Telephone:  403-527-6455.
