Mrs. Donna Lee Balfour passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 14, 2016, at the age of 78 years. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Anne Balfour; sister, Barbara Mills; and husband, Jack Balfour. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Julia Lynch. The family is appreciative of the Cypress View Foundation, the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital and the EMT’s for their exceptional care. A Celebration of Donna’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta, on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
