It is with deep regret that the family of Joseph Aitchison of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of Linda, announce his passing on Friday, December 16, 2016, at the age of 60 years. Along with Linda, his loving wife of over 40 years, Joe leaves to cherish his memory two children: son, Robert Aitchison; daughter, Kim (Gary) Johnson; grandchildren, Tristin, Dominic and Erica. He is also survived by seven siblings and their families: Jim, Ian, Robert, Mark, William, Janice and Marie as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. A celebration of Joseph’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. with Major Murray Jaster officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery with a time of fellowship thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility.
