It is with great sadness and sorrow that we, the family of Jody Ann Wenaas (nee Waddell), announce her passing after a courageous battle with cancer. Jody was born on April 7, 1965, in Lethbridge, AB., and passed away in Medicine Hat on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the age of 54 years. Along with her beloved husband, Bruce, left to cherish Jody’s memory are her parents, Jim (Bev) Waddell; daughter, Ashley (Blaire); son, Connor; two grandchildren, Brayden and Arya; brother, Robbie (Della); nephew, Jason as well as her niece, Kymberly. Jody is also survived by her two aunts and one uncle as well as her mother and father-in-law, Ken (Jeannie) Wenaas. A Celebration of Jody’s life will be held at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club, 10 Parkview Drive N.E., Medicine Hat on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting our website at www.cooksouthland.com) Honoured to serve the family is
