Mr. Barrie Victor Bowden passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at the age of 70 years. Along with his wife and best friend of 50 years, Marcia, Barrie leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Michelle (Martin) and their son, Max; a son, Richard (Lindsey) and his children, Johnathon, David and Anthony as well as their mother, Rhonda. He will also be remembered in the hearts of his numerous relatives back in the UK. Barrie, Marcia and their young family immigrated to Canada in 1976, and he has always considered Canada his home. He was a man of few words whose lasting memory will live on in the hearts of all those whose lives he touched. Barrie’s life will be honoured and his memory treasured without the proceedings of a formal funeral service.
