Theodore ‘Ted’ Bernard Anderson
Posted: February 4th, 2020Theodore ‘Ted’ Bernard Anderson, a long time resident of the Buffalo community, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at the age of 96 years. He passed peacefully with family by his side while in his home at the River Ridge Senior Centre in Medicine Hat. For 90 years, he resided in the Buffalo area only leaving to serve his country during the Second World War. Following 90 years in the Buffalo community, Ted admitted that after three calls for the ambulance in one month, it was time for him to move from Buffalo to Medicine Hat where the rest of his siblings had already moved too. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, 238 – 2 Avenue N.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Father Tomy Manjaly celebrant. Following a time of fellowship in the Church Hall, the interment will take place in the Oyen Cemetery, Oyen, Alberta, later in the afternoon.
