Mr. William Nicolls Walburger of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Cheryl Walburger, passed away in Lethbridge on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the age of 80 years.
Born in Cardston, Alberta, on January 30, 1940. He was a true hero, cowboy and yodeler. William was employed by Parks Canada and the County of Cardston.
He is survived by his best friend and loving partner Cheryl; daughter Ione; granddaughter Chelsey (Matt) Kristin; grandson Nigel (Liz); son David (Joan); grandson Lee (Katelynn); granddaughter Jasmine (Wesley); sister Trena; brother Fred (Carol); 8 great grandchildren as well as a niece and nephews.
William was predeceased by his parents Milton and Bersey Walburger; brother in law Ernie Brotherwood and nephew Troy Brotherwood.

dear bill walburger and family I’m sorry to hear of bill’s passing ,just remembered some things about bill when we were little and went to uncle mitt bill would show us his magic trick by twirling to buckets full water without spilling any,one time we were up in belly river with some of the family some i remember bill got his socks wet when fishing so he put them by the fire and wasn’t watching and they caught on fire, i remember when i got married we stopped in and visited wth bill and cheryl ,lov you guys perry
