JIMMY SULZ

Mr. Jimmy Lloyd Sulz, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Rose Marry Sulz of Medicine Hat, passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at the age of 76 years. Jimmy was born to Frederick and Lydia Sulz on April 9, 1944, the youngest of six children in Irvine, AB. He married the love of his life, Rose Marry Weimer on January 19, 1981 in Medicine Hat. They both fondly remembered their honeymoon trip to Hawaii as well as numerous other trips together. As a young family, they enjoyed many summer vacations camping. Jimmy started work as an automotive mechanic with Gardner Motors before a life long career as a taxi driver with Deluxe Central. He loved to play cards, especially on his computer. Jimmy’s memory will be treasured in the hearts of his family; daughter, Joanne Sulz of Red Deer; grandson; Brandon Spackman (Skye Goldade) and their children, great-granddaughter, Claire Goldade- Spackman and step-great-grandson, Hudson Goldade; granddaughter, Haley (Riley)  Bourassa and their daughter, Talia Bourassa; and daughter, Darlene Sulz of Kimberly, BC., grandchildren, Cody Bignose, Tyrone Bignose and Chelsea Sulz as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his puppy, Cookie. Jimmy was predeceased by his wife, Rose; parents, Fred and Lydia and his siblings, Anne, Alice, Rosie, Edward and Marion. A private family service will be held with Major Murray Jaster officiating followed by the interment at Hillside Cemetery.
