ALVIN LAUTERMILCH

Alvin Lautermilch of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of Carol, entered Heaven on July 15, 2020, at the age of 91 years. Along with Carol, Alvin leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Carolyn (Bob) Klassen; three grandchildren, Michael Klassen, Krista Klassen and Jody (Adriana) Klassen; four great- grandchildren, Ashley Klassen, Evan Klassen, Nolan Konachowicz and Daphne Konachowicz; one brother, Gordon (Wynn) Lautermilch as well as one sister, Janice (Roy) Funk. Alvin was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Katie Lautermilch; first wife, Marian; child in infancy, Lana Lautermilch as well as a brother, Edwin Lautermilch. Alvin was born and raised in Woodrow, Sask. He loved life and was granted 91 years to enjoy it. Alvin was known for his sense of humor which he maintained until the end of his life. He also loved family and always had time for his grandchildren. Alvin’s occupations were farming and operating room porter. In later years, he was faced with medical challenges which he faced with bravery. Alvin was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. A memorial will be announced at a later date.
