ALLAN GERALD OTTO February 7th, 1934 October 12th, 2022

Allan Gerald Otto was born on February 7, 1934, in Irvine, Alberta and passed away on October 12, 2022, in Medicine Hat, Alberta at the age of 88 years. Allan was predeceased by his wife, Doris on February 27, 2021, and his parents, Ben and Martha Otto. He leaves to mourn his memory his 2 brothers, Allister Otto and Ben Otto both of Medicine Hat, Alberta; sister, Renee (George) Symanczyk of Rimbey, Alberta. Allan will be remembered by several nieces and nephews. Allan attended school at Barry Centre and Irvine. Following his education, he started farming and later they went into pure bred Hereford cattle until their retirement. Their retirement led them to British Columbia and after the passing of Doris, he moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta. The family would like to send a special thank-you to the staff at Chinook Village and the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital staff on 5 East.
A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, October 16th at Hillside Cemetery @ 2:00pm with Pastor Ryan Reeves officiating. Public visitation will take place on Saturday, October 15th 6:00pm 8:00pm and Sunday, October 16th 10:00am 12:00pm at Grace Memorial. Condolences may be made at www.gracememorial.com.
