BURBANK Collin “Deloy” Burbank, of Lethbridge, Alberta, passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 63, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his 5 children Amber, Graydon (Natasia Jose), Hannah, Ammon, Jared (Emylie Collition), their mother Leanne Prepchuk, as well as his sister Sandy, sister-in-law Arla, and many friends and loved ones.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday December 17, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, NORTH SIDE CHAPEL, 2213 6A Ave North, Lethbridge, AB.
Friends are welcome to visit with the Family from 1:00 to 1:45pm, prior to the Service at the Church.
