HENRY KLAUDT 1925 ~ 2022 Henry Klaudt passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the age of 97 years. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ruth Klaudt; two daughters, Loretta (Bert) Scholz of Brooks, Lindy Neustaedter of Calgary; his grandchildren, Mark (Desiree) Scholz, Matthew (Jennifer) Scholz, Sydney Neustaedter and Talia Neustaedter; great grandchildren, Eli, Wesley, Emery, Chanelle, Camille, Evie and Rosie Scholz. He was predeceased by his parents Carl and Olga Klaudt as well as his brothers, Albert, Oscar, and Bob Klaudt as well as his sisters Tina Powell, Alice Hennis and Bernice Hanke. Henry loved the lord, his wife and family equally. He was an active member of Temple Baptist Church and served various positions within the church over the years. Henry was a Christian Businessman and served as chairman of the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board for many years during his career. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting, curling, baseball, trapshooting, golf and many more sports. Henry and Ruth also enjoyed travelling and camping. The funeral service will be held in the Temple Baptist Church (606 – 7th Street S.W.) on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Joel Goodnough officiating. A private family interment will take place prior to the service. The service will be live streamed.     We are not able to attend Henry’s funeral today due to illness. Our sincere condolences are extended to Ruth & Family. Henry was a favourite of ours and had many trap shootings with Ted & lots of coffee meetings with friends in the past. ♥️♥️♥️
