PATRICIA “PAT” HEEG Anna Annastacia better known as Patricia or Pat (Kozy) Heeg of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Herbert Heeg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Candace Ellefson (Rick Monteith) and former son-in-law Bill Gruning (Jean); her grandchildren,Vanessa Gruning (Danny Johnson) and their children Alexandra and Sebastian Johnson; Cordell Gruning and his son Connor Gruning; nephew, Dennis Bjelland, niece, Lavina Heeg as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her parents, Stephan and Mary Kozy, one son, Dale Price, her sister, Mary Bjelland, and brother, Michael Kozy. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Road S.E.) on Monday April 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Iqbal Khurshid celebrant. The funeral mass will be live streamed.
