BARBEAU, Lona Mary (nee Leyh) Our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Lona, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2023, at the age of 81 years. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church (238 – 2nd Avenue N.E.) on Friday May 19, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. with Fr. Roque Pereira celebrant. Interment will take place at a later date in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Humboldt and in Maple Creek Cemetery. In honour of Lona’s love for her pets and those of her family, please direct any donations, in lieu of flowers, to animal care facilities in the respective donor’s locale.
