I am so sorry to hear about Shirley’s passing. She was one of my mom’s (Julia Scott’s) best friends. The two of them had coffee several times a week and Jim and my dad Bill not only worked together but were the best of friends. I know mom really missed her when they moved and they kept in touch on birthdays and christmas by phone. I spoke to Shirley when my mom passed away in 2021, and although I hadn’t spoken to her in decades, she had the same laugh. I could just picture her.
I know she and mom are having coffee right now in heaven.
Deepest condolences from me, and brothers Rob and Terry on her passing. Cindy, Rob, Terry Scott (Grenfell)
