Marie Weiss passed away on November 21st, 2023, at the age of 83 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Rodney (Tammy) Weiss and Shaun (Laura) Weiss; daughter, Anita (Floyd) Mapstone; nine grandchildren; as well as nine great grandchildren. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Ronnie Weiss.

Hello Rodney, Anita and Shaun with families,
Passing along my condolences and sympathies at the loss of your mother. I spent a lot of time with your parents when I still lived in Fox Valley, and have a lot of happy memories of spending time with them. I remember quite clearly their wedding day. We hit a skunk on the way to the Church, and no one wanted to stand close to us! I remember Grandmother Weiss getting somewhat tipsy, not realizing the punch was spiked with homebrew! Your Mom was a great cook. We always liked eating at her place. And your Mom came from a great fun-loving family. Take care. Let’s try to keep in touch.
