MAZUTINEC, Andy
Posted: December 6th, 2024 MAZUTINEC Andy Mazutinec, longtime resident of Shaughnessy, Alberta passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on November 28, 2024.
He was born at the Galt Hospital on January 2, 1947 and lived in Shaughnessy all his life. He started working in Nobleford as a teenager and worked there for 31 years. He loved going to work and looked forward to it. The harder the work, the better he liked it. Because it made him so strong. When Nobleford closed, he worked at Maple Leaf Foods in Lethbridge until retirement.
I must mention how much he so admired his first employer Andy Sherman (deceased), he was a good man and helped Andy out also.
Andy was kind hearted, never held a grudge and helped anyone who asked him.
Andy was predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister. He leaves to mourn his love and best friend Sheila; his brother Peter and sister Mary. He also has many nephews and nieces whom he was so proud of their accomplishments and talked about them often. I must say thank you for Tiana his granddaughter, whom he loved so much and thank you also to my two daughters Mary and Kimberly for all they did for him, he appreciated it so much. Thank you to Lawrence, I can not say thank you enough for everything you did over and above expected, I could not have made it without your kindness. Thank you to Adolph (deceased) and Margaret for being exceptional neighbours and friends.
To honour Andy’s wishes, No funeral service. A cremation will take place as he wanted.
Andy,
You are free at last from pain and suffering. I am going to miss you so much for all you did for me. Even when in pain. I am going to miss your smiling face. Love Sheila
