RONALD WAYNE ENNS July 22, 1953 October 30, 2025 Forever in Our Hearts With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Wayne Enns, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. Born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on July 22, 1953, Ron lived a life full of love, laughter, and purpose.
Ron is survived by his loving wife Lee Ann, daughters Jenine McInnis (Mark) and Korin Fisher (James), and stepson Christopher Murphy. He was a proud grandfather to Tyler McInnis (Paige), Cortney Cartier (Lane), Ethan Fisher, and Jaxon Fisher, and a cherished great-grandfather to Braelyn McInnis and Brodie Babiy. He is also survived by his sister Pat Enns and brother Jim Enns.
He was predeceased by his parents Ken and Lois Enns, and siblings Linda Hvidsten (Frank) and Kathleen McSweeny.
Ron’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and quiet strength. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at the Leduc Golf & Country Club on January 11, 2026 from 11am-2pm. A livestream link to the celebration will be available on the Hainstock & Son Funeral Chapel Leduc website. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
