It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of MARIE LAVAUN NICAS on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the age of 89 years.
Marie is survived by her loving husband of 66 years Peto Nicas; her four children Andy, Phil (Sonia), Greg (Viva) and their children William and Kate, and Pam (Duane) Pytcia and their children Daniel and David; and one sister Florence Moscovich.
Marie was predeceased by her grandson Michael Nicas, her parents and ten brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at ST. AUGUSTINE’S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 411 – 11 Street South, Lethbridge with Canon James Robinson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Box 2211, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4K7.
