HADLEY James

The family of James (Jim) Samuel Hadley sadly announce his passing at the Fort Macleod Extendicare on Feb. 22, 2013. After struggling with Alzheimer’s for eight years, Jim passed away peacefully in his sleep.
Jim is survived by Gail, his loving wife of 56 years, his children Gene Evans of Lethbridge, Randy Hadley (Jackie) of Hamilton, ON and Deb Hadley of Lethbridge. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great granddaughter, a sister and a brother. Jim was predeceased by his parents Gene Elfreda and Samuel Harold Hadley.
Jim was born in Onoway, AB on June 24, 1936. He worked for the CIBC for almost 40 years, managing banks in Claresholm, Camrose, Wetaskiwin and Ft. Macleod where he retired in 1994.
Jim’s final years were spent golfing and curling with Gail, lots of family visits, and a little furry friend named Ceba that gave him an extra year at home. Jim’s family will miss him dearly.
At Jim’s request there will be a private family service at a later date.
