Frank DAVID Dyck, beloved husband of Johanna Dyck, passed away on April 11, 2013 surrounded by his family in Coaldale, Alberta.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, April 15, 2013 at the COALDALE MENNONITE CHURCH, 2316 – 17 Street, Coaldale, with Pastor Lillian Thompson and Pastor George Klassen officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee Alberta, #210, 2946 – 32 Street NE, Calgary, T1Y 6J7 and, or Coaldale Health Centre – 2100 11 Street, Coaldale, T1M 1L2.
