MR. JAKOP “JAKE” VAN DER HULST, beloved Husband of the late Jolane Van Der Hulst, passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the age of 74 years.
Jake will be lovingly remembered by his Daughter Shannon (Brad) Martens; Step-Children Bev (Theo) Pecht, Brenda Boe, Allan (Connie) Dickout, Debi (Tom) Lachuk, Gordon Dickout, Judy Baker, Peggy (Roy) Kipnik, Lawrence (Donna) Batalden; Brothers John, Claas and Harry (Carol) Van Der Hulst; Sisters Jean Mazacs, Mary (Ron) Mate and Trudy Van Der Hulst
Jake is also survived by a very loving extended family too numerous to mention.
He was predeceased by his Parents Roelof & Jentje.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the ARMY, NAVY & AIR FORCE VETERANS CLUB, 517 5th Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta, Friday, May 24th, 2013 from 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.
