Ed Am so sorry for your loss. She was a great lady. Her pain is over and I wish you and your family a speedy recovery from your terrible loss.
Please accept our most heartfelt condolences for your loss. God is for us an unfailing source of strength in times of distress (Jeremiah 16:19).
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dawn.
Ed, I was fooling around on the Internet and on a whim, decided to look for your and Joan’s names. I couldn’t believe it when I discovered Joan had died four years ago. I’m so shocked and so sorry for you and your son’s loss, even though this is so late in coming. Joan was a wonderful friend to me and I’ve thought of you both often during the years and wondered how you were faring. From her picture, she was as pretty as ever. I hope you are doing well and still living in that beautiful house you both built and so beautifully furnished. This is very much a voice from the past, but as we age, we discover the past is not so far away. It looks from her obituary that you have become involved with a Baptist church, which I’m sure made Joan’s passing a little easier. Anyway, I send my love and memories and best wishes to you, and wish I had known of her passing, because I certainly would have gone to her funeral. I’m living in Spruce Grove now, phone number 780-960-2148 if you should be so inclined. God bless, and take care.
