With heavy hearts the family of Jan Vanden Berg announce his passing while in the St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit at the age of 73 years following a valiant and courageous battle with his health. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 – 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Kevin Tumback, Celebrant.
