PEARSON
MARIE LOUISE PEARSON of Lethbridge, beloved daughter of Jack and Margaret Look, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the age of 68 years.
Marie is lovingly remembered by her parents; son Dereik (Marianne); daughter Tina; grandchildren Kamryn, Ashlee, Jackson, Gracelynn, and Oliver; sister Bonnie (Dan); brother Bruce (Florence); and nephew Ross (Kaleena and children Ella and Kai).
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Morrison & Maurine Look; and Agnes Paul.
Born in Lethbridge on September 12, 1953, Marie grew up in Lucky Strike, Alberta, and took her schooling at Masinasin School and then in Lethbridge. She then worked and travelled around Alberta and B.C. before moving back to Lethbridge in 2009. Marie loved working in her yard and took pride in having beautiful flowers. She was known as “Nana” and her children and grandchildren were everything to her.
Marie was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
She has been cremated and due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family will have a small gathering at a later date to celebrate her life.
Flowers are gratefully declined, but donations can be made to help children in need or to a charity of one’s choice.
