BLAIS It is with sorrow, but a host of wonderful memories, that we mark the passing of a dear man, ROY MILBURN BLAIS, at St. Michael’s Health Centre, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. We celebrate his extraordinary 87 year journey as a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Roy is survived by his beloved wife Ardyth, three children Erin (Lynn) Joblonkay of Taber, Cheryl (Gerald) Pilger of Camrose and Kelly Blais of Lethbridge as well as seven adored grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Roy was predeceased by his parents Zephr and Octavia Blais, two sisters and five brothers.
Roy was born in Edmonton, on February 27, 1935. He grew up in Grande Prairie from age five on.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. MARTHA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd. West, Lethbridge, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. with Father William Monis celebrating.
Roy will be laid to rest privately in Mountain View Cemetery.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Roy. He was my boss when I first worked with the Town of Taber as ticket taker at hockey games and public skating. He was an awesome person who always had a kind word and friendly smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
