Bruce was passionate about physical activity, finishing numerous Ironmans, marathons and races that showcased his dedication to fitness. Exploring various sports was another one of his interests, with ventures into activities such as bowling, skiing, hiking and bodybuilding. Sharing these experiences with his wife Sherry and their family brought him immense joy, particularly during their travels and moments spent in Canmore. Bruce cherished the companionship of his three dogs, often dedicating time to walk them at the nearby dog park. Professionally, he had a successful career as an engineer, culminating in the ownership of his own engineering company, BDT Engineering Ltd.
