REICHERT ROBERT RALPH REICHERT, of Lethbridge, beloved brother of Sandra Stray, passed away peacefully at Fairmont Extendicare on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the age of 77 years.
Ralph will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Nikki Reichert of Edmonton and one granddaughter; as well as his siblings: Sandra Stray, Sheila Butler, Brian Reichert, Wayne Reichert and James McLeod.
He was predeceased by his son Darcy Reichert, parents Rosalie and Ernie McLeod and brother Dick (Marilyn) Reichert.
Ralph joined the Strathmore Fire Department in the early 1990s, and rose to Captain, driving both ambulance and firetruck. After the fire department, he pursued his passion – long haul trucking and travelled throughout Canada and the United States. In Washington, he was asked a police detective friend to inspect a fire because no one was available for a while. Ralph had the credentials, so he did.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
