CHAD CARNINE 1987 ~ 2025 Chad Michael Carnine, born August 1st, 1987, in Lethbridge, Alberta, sadly passed away July 20th, during a great lightning storm at the Chinook Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his partner in crime and loving mother Joyce Carnine, his 3 sisters Teresa (Brad) Chambers, Coralee Salomons, and Nicole Carnine. His nephew Brayden Chambers (Kennedy Hunter) and niece Kaylee Chambers (Kane Graham). He was also looking forward to becoming a great uncle soon.
Chad was predeceased by his father Lance Carnine.
We lovingly say goodbye and will be celebrating his life later this week with friends and family.
