DARIN LEFFINGWELL 1970 ~ 2025 Darin Edwin Leffingwell of Pincher Creek, father, son, and brother, passed away on Saturday November 8th, 2025, at the age of 55.
He was born on June 18th, 1970, in Milk River to proud parents, Dale and Beth Leffingwell. Darin attended high school in Lethbridge at LCI, later graduating from SAIT as an auto-body mechanic. He worked his entire life as a passionate tradesman, from basic repairs to show and shine finish. Darin grew up playing hockey and riding dirtbikes. He later officiated, coached, and watched his sons grow up playing the game. Darin spent eight years as a volunteer fire fighter and EMS, serving the community of Pincher Creek. Darin was a proud member of the Freemason’s Brotherhood in Pincher Creek since 2018. He loved classic cars, golf, and camping. He enjoyed collecting M&M’s memorabilia and watching the Greenbay Packers.
He is survived by his parents, Dale and Beth Leffingwell. His sister Leanna Wegner (Doug). His children Tanner Leffingwell, Tyson Leffingwell (Meghan), Spencer Leffingwell (Terri), Paige Lodermeier (Blake) and his grandchildren: Addison, Olivia, Reggie, and Hayes.
Lastly, he was survived by his closest and most beloved companion, his dog, Jaime.
A Celebration of Darin’s Life will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta with Dr. Bruce Martin, officiating.

    It is with great sadness I write this as Darin and his family lived next door to me in Pincher Creek for many years. Thinking of you all at this difficult time and wishing you peace and comfort. Of course your feelings are messed up now and in time things will change and be different as it should be. During this time of healing please remember “IT’S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY”
