Gail, I am so sad to hear of Richard’s passing. Richard and I worked together for a few years at SCM Adjusters. He was one of the kindest and patient men I’ve ever met and I consider it an honor that I got to work with him. May you find strength in the fact that his large heart will live in the memory of all those whose lives he touched. My sincerest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. *Hugs*
