Valerie “Val” Deanna Sox, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013, at the age of 57 years, beloved wife of DJ Sox of Medicine Hat. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Spencer Preston, Dwayne Preston and Stephanie Preston; DJ’s sons, Michael (Nancy), Steven (Angela) and Robert (Rhona); ten grandchildren, Tristin, Tanner, Tyler, Trevor, Ryan, Cody, Justin, Bryce, Marissa and Stavon; one great grandchild, Hayden; brothers and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews as well as all the members of the Cotten family and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents Jean and Vaughn Cotten. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend.
