Mr. Edwin Roy Johnson beloved husband of the late Mrs. Bertha Johnson, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on Monday, January 7, 2013, at the age of 88 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Karen (Gable) Bruiners; grandchildren, Joel (Malinda) Bruiners, Logan Bruiners and Chloe Bruiners, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Roy was predeceased by his wife, Bertha; brother, Sydney and sister, Lois. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., on Friday, January 11, 2013, from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A Celebration of Roy’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating.
