Dorothy Sylvia Gaede “Dot” joined her sweetheart of 71 years, Hans Gaede on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2013 at the age of 92 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Robert (Judith) Gaede and Gerald (Susan) Gaede; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Many thanks to the staff at Riverview Care Center for being a part of her life for the last year and a half. A memorial service will be held in St. John’s Presbyterian Church (504 2nd Street SE) on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Nancy Cocks officiating. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Southern Alberta Medic Air Society (HALO), 12 – 49 Viscount Ave SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A 5G4. We are proud of your commitment and unselfish love which you gave to Uncle Hans and Aunt Dot.
We will always remember our visits both in Medicine Hat and their trips to Grimshaw.
