ROSS MILLER

1939 ~ 2013
While surrounded by his family, Mr. Ross Andrew Miller passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital  on Friday, March 1, 2013, at the age of 73 years.  Ross leaves to cherish his memory four children and their families:  daughter, Michelle Miller (Norm Spyker) and daughter, Nicole;  daughter, Cindy (Philip) Thompson and sons, Austin and Conner;  son, Sean Miller (Jamie Droeske) and daughter, Kajia;  daughter, Jacqueline (Jamie) Liepert and their children, Hope, Kaitlyn and Tyler.  He is also survived by two nephews, Tim (Vera) Gruber and Cameron (Geri) Gruber as well as numerous other extended family and friends.  Ross was predeceased by his loving parents, Emil and Matilda Miller;  sister, Lorraine Gruber and brother-in-law, John Gruber.  Vigil Prayers will be recited at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 7:00 P.M.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 238 – 2 Avenue N.E., Medicine Hat on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. with the Very Reverend Father Long Vu Celebrant.  (Condolences may be expressed by visiting www.cooksouthland.com)  If friends so desire, Memorial Tributes in memory of Ross may be made directly to Hardship Case c/o The Medicine Hat Minor Hockey Association, Box 21021, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 8M3.  Honoured to serve the family is COOK SOUTHLAND Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 4V4.  Telephone:  403-527-6455.
