DONALD HOLMSTROM
Posted: March 15th, 20131950 ~ 2013 Mr. Donald Wayne Holmstrom, beloved husband of Karen Irene Holmstrom (nee Hoffart), passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, March 11, 2013, at the age of 62 years.
Left to cherish Don’s memory is his wife, Karen; mother, Louise from Foam Lake, SK., sons, Lance (Lora) of Edmonton, Bryan (Amanda) from Doha Qatar; his seven wonderful grandchildren, Mikhala, Sean, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Ariana, Natasha, Nadia; brothers, Robert of Churchbridge, SK., Ken (Lyla) of Tisdale, SK., as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by his father, John Melvin Holmstrom and his sister-in-law, Thea. Vigil Prayers will be recited at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, March 15, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 1451 Strachan Road S.E., Medicine Hat on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Father Philip Le Celebrant. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
