Ella Fandrick of Medicine Hat passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at the age of 91 years, beloved wife of the late Benjamin Fandrick. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Joyce Angermen of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Ervin Fandrick of Delbourne, Alberta, Phyllis (Bob) Carpenter of Kindersley, Saskatchewan, Ken (Connie) Fandrick of Dunmore, Alberta and Carol (Glen) Miller of Swift Current, Saskatchewan; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one brother, Richard Frey; two sisters, Lena Fandrick and Annie Fandrick as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Benjamin on November 2, 2004; one son-in-law, Art Angerman and several brothers and sisters. Ella was born on September 15, 1921 near Richmound. She married Benjamin Fandrick and together they farmed in the Richmound area for many years. In the early 1970’s, they retired to Medicine Hat where Ella resided until her passing. A private family service will be held. Interment will take place in the Hillside Cemetery.
