Mr. Amerigo “Rick” Filanti of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of Mrs. Marie “Rita” Filanti, passed away on Thursday, May 9th, 2013. The Funeral Mass was celebrated yesterday at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church. Memorial gifts in Rick’s memory may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.     Hi Ivan & family, I am saddened to hear of your loss. I did not know your father but I admire him for his work and dedication in bringing in the teepee. He went through a lot, sacrificed a lot and persevered and it was pretty visionary. Take care.
