My Grandma’s last few sparks of life emanated love and kindness.
I will always remember her free laughter, how gentle she was with all of us, her ability to make a meal out of whatever was left in the fridge, how she wanted her grandchildren no matter how old we got to sit on her lap.
She focused on the people she loved and when it was time for the focus to be on her, there was no shortage of people who were willing to help. Though she wouldn’t have asked.
I will miss that lady.
