Posted: October 17th, 2013February 22, 1930 ~ October 12, 2013
Victor Feiffer, beloved husband of Eva Feiffer, entered eternal peace on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at the age of 83 years. Victor was born on February 22, 1930 in Regina, SK. After serving in the Korean War in 1953, he married the love of his life, Eva Stroh, and on September 5, they celebrated 60 years of marriage. Together they took over the family farm near Bayard, SK. Working on the farm and also the Clay Bank Brick Plant was challenging so they made a decision to move to Leader, SK., in 1973 purchasing the OK?Tire business. Together they ran the business till 1989 when Thane took over and they retired to Medicine Hat. Victor was a proud member of the Lions Club for many years. He like to golf and curl, but most of all he loved watching his grandchildren play sports, give them advice and would brag about them to anyone who would listen. When Victor retired, he worked a few odd jobs to keep busy but he especially liked cutting grass at Par 3 golf course where he would visit and meet a lot of people. Victor will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of his beloved wife, Eva; son, Thane (Lynette) Feiffer of Leader, SK.; daughter, Selene Kiltau of Lloydminister, SK,; daughter, Sonia (Mario) Biemans of Seven Persons, AB.; grandchildren, Teana (Zane) Hayes, Vanessa (Derek) Price, Travis (Becky) Feiffer, Nick (Jess Luchenski) Feiffer, Riley Feiffer, Elissa Mudry (Brett Brochu), Shannon Kiltau, Taylor (Kyle Edwards) Johnson, Matt Biemans, Kyra Biemans; eight great-grandchildren, Dakota, Quinn & Kylie Price; Caden, Abrie & Cohen Hayes; Mason Feiffer & Rider Johnson. He is also survived by his sister, Tina Knecht and sister-in-laws, Elizabeth Materi & Rose Beierbach. Victor was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas & Pauline Feiffer; brothers, Mike & Harry Feiffer and sister, Marlene Savoie. Vigil Prayers will be recited at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 -1 3 Street S.W., on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 7:00 P.M.
