1924 ~ MARCH ~ 2014

Mrs. Anne March of Medicine Hat, formerly of Fort McLeod and High River, beloved wife of the late Mr. Basil March, passed away on Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at the age of 89 years. Anne leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Marilyn (Rod) Sorensen of Medicine Hat and Pat March (Angus Munro) of Edmonton; one grandson, Christopher “Chris” Sorensen (Angela Shen) of Toronto, Ontario; and one sister, Margaret of Regina, Saskatchewan. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Basil; her parents, Louis and Mary Kalafut. Anne’s family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Valleyview for the wonderful care she received over the past several years. A private graveside service will be held at High River Cemetery in the spring.
