1956 ~ BOHNET ~ 2014

Mr. Elli William Bohnet of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 at the age of 57 years. Elli leaves to cherish his memory father, George (Rose) Bohnet; three sons, Elli George Bohnet, Monty Bohnet and Marty (Sam) Bohnet; one daughter, Terri (Peter) Lees; seven grandchildren, Jonathon, Zoey, Aubrey, Taylor, Faith, Connor and Derek; two brothers, Kim (Marlene) Bohnet and Troy Bohnet (Jennifer); and special friend, Melanie Fischer. Elli was preceded in death by his mother Caroline Bohnet; and one brother, Ivan Bohnet.

God looked around His garden
And He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this Earth,
and saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
and lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills were hard to climb.
So He closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered, “Peace be Thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.

The Funeral Service will be held in SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Thursday, April 17th, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Long Vu officiating.
