1935 ~ HANSVALL ~ 2015

Clarence “Clary” Hansvall, beloved husband of Joyce Hansvall of Medicine Hat, passed away on Monday, May 4th, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Clary also leaves to cherish his memory four children, Kim (Dave Hardman) Turgeon-Hardman, Shane (Shannon) Hansvall, Tex (Carol) Hansvall and Heidi (Kerry) Yuzik; thirteen grandchildren, Matthew Turgeon, Mason (Sarah) Turgeon and their daughter, Quinn, Stacey Hansvall and her children, Kieran Gibson and Avah Hansvall, Chelsey (Eddie) Brown, Keagan Hansvall and his son, Masen Hudson and Masen’s mom, Katie, Sara (Andrew King) Hansvall, Haylee Hansvall, Kyle Hansvall, Cassie Hansvall, Jesse Yuzik, Tori Yuzik, Riley Yuzik and Stephanie (Peter) Torrence; two sisters, Ruth McMillan and Lilly Elmgren; two sisters-in-law, Phyllis (Maurice) McIllwrick and June (Scott) Harvey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Clary was predeceased by his parents, Carl and Clara Honsvall; one son-in-law, Paul Turgeon; and four siblings, Ragnhild Honsvall, Esther Honsvall, Harold Honsvall and Arthur Honsvall. The Funeral Service will be held at FIFTH AVENUE MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH, 476 – 4th Street SE, on Saturday, May 9th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Helen Reid officiating. Interment will take place at Swift Current Memorial Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Clary’s memory may be made to Fifth Avenue Memorial United Church, 476 – 4th Street SE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 0K6, or to the MS Society, 101 – 1201 Kingsway Avenue SE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 2Y2.
