RUBEN BENJAMIN BOHNET

1935 ~ 2015

Ruben Bohnet passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2015 with his family at his side.

Ruben is survived by his wife of 45 years, Vi; children Deb (Norm) of Vernon, Rocky of Agassiz, Donna (Dan) of Lake Country, Darcy of Kelowna, Tara-Lee (Dean) of Medicine Hat, and Starla (David) of Kelowna. He also leaves his sister Lorraine (Bill) of Calgary; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Fredrick and Elizabeth Bohnet; and his sister Phyllis.

Ruben enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing and the open road. He loved teaching his children and grandchildren how to play crib, and how to spend time doing puzzles. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
